Now that 2008 is almost over, I’ m starting to look back on it.  The year has been exceedingly difficult, and yet, there have been some pleasant moments.

Some pleasant moments:

• Gigantour 2008 in Louisville with Matt, Greyson, and Bob.
• Breaking Benjamin and Seether in Evansville.
• Nine Inch Nails in Nashville on Halloween with Duane, Russel, Lisa, and Mat.
• Actually getting my site sort of up and running.
• Talking to an absolutely amazing and wonderful girl, yet still VERY confused as to what may happen.
• Still having a job.
• Food.
• Having 3 wonderful nieces to play with and make smile.

This last week has been stressful and strenuous. It’s been so busy that I haven’t even had a chance to write in this or work on the site.

Most of this week, my thoughts have been lost among a few places. Last Wednesday, I had an interview for a great job. I thought it went well, but it seems that when something feels right, I turn out to be wrong. I’m feeling more and more like I blew it. This possible job has been one of the FEW things I’ve been excited about in a long time. You know, that’s interesting. I used to get excited for every little thing. A short phone call from a potential employer used to get me pumped; now, not so much. It didn’t even have to be a call to come in for an interview.

There is so much going on, it’s impossible for me to be anything but unenthused by so many things. A shame, really.

In any case, I’m hoping and praying I get a CAREER started soon. These bills are killing me.
